"You are what you eat." This old saying is absolutely true and nutrition is an essential part of general health and wellbeing. Having trained with BTN Academy, I am qualified to track and assess calorie intake, taking into account the role of vitamins, minerals, macronutrients, hydration, fibre, sleep and exercise, and plan dietary considerations with clients. This programme entails a 1-1 approach that offers both support and motivation and is all about creating a plan that is smart, achievable and realistic. The plan will come in both electronic and paper form.
